Refund policy
Seven days, no questions
Ask within seven days of purchase and you get the full amount back, whatever the reason. The refund goes to the method you paid with, through Razorpay, and usually lands within five to seven business days.
How to ask
Open your account, find the purchase, and use the refund link there, or email support@example.com from the address you bought with, quoting the payment id shown on that page. We confirm within two business days.
What happens next
Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed. Files you have already saved to your own folder are yours to keep. One refund per email address per plan.
Disputes
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us, access is suspended while the dispute is open. Asking us first is faster for everyone.
